GIS/Database Professional. 
Will  provide mapping   analysis and database support to Lands &
Resources staff and ensure that the maps and data remain accurate and
current.  Undergraduate degree.  Strong Oracle or related RDBMS skills.
Strong macro programming skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic, VBA).  5+ years
experience with GIS applications where GIS technology was used more than
75% of the time.  Strong IT skills (e.g., network data management, web
server technology) Experience supervising 1-2 other staff members.
